Cristy Steinberg, DPT
Cristy started Physical Therapy Now over 5 years ago when she was frustrated with the patient care at the busy outpatient orthopedic clinic where she was working. She believed that patients could achieve their goals in the comfort of their own home, with individualized attention, and during a time that fit into the patient's schedule.She has achieved great success with her patients by providing 1:1 care for outpatient therapy services by tailoring each appointment to the patient's needs. She believes that all patients should be treated like family giving them a comprehensive and thoughtful plan of care and treatment program.
For the last 16 years, Cristy has been helping individuals, ages 40 all the way to 100, live healthy and active lives. She approaches all her patients as one unit rather than a body part, optimizing their entire physical well being.
Cristy graduated with an undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2005. In her free time, Cristy enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids along with her new puppy.
