Make an appointment with your doctor.

Have you talked to your doctor about preventive screenings, and changes in health? Do you know your A1C and cholesterol levels? Common men's health problems include high cholesterol, prostate, and lung health. Take charge of your health and talk to your doctor about your individualized health plan.

Support healthy movement.

Decreased movement or painful movement are signs it's time to talk to your doctor about evaluating for physical therapy or using an ambulatory aid such as a walker or cane. Improve your mobility by using the right tools early on to support healthy movement.

Smoking increases cardiovascular risk, and lung disease and negatively impacts overall health. It is never too late to make a positive change for your health. Encourage your loved one to take steps today to make a change for the better!
