Traycee Home Care Caregivers receive a thorough background and reference check. Our vetting process also requires Caregivers must pass standard competencies to ensure current knowledge and skills. Our caregivers also participate in annual continuing education. We take extra steps to provide client-specific training to ensure personal preferences are understood. This can range from condition-specific training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Stroke, and Parkinson’s Disease to training in safety, nutrition, use of art, music, and other recreational activities to enhance quality of life, and/or end-of-life collaborations with hospice and palliative care.
Traycee Home Care Caregivers are employees of Traycee Home Care Services and are bonded and insured. We are responsible for their wages, taxes, and worker’s compensation insurance. In the event your caregiver entails unexpected time off, we also provide coverage to ensure continuity in care.
