Traycee Home Care Nannies understand the needs of your child, your children, and YOU! Our services can range from part-time to full-time, to come and go or live-in arrangements.

Our Process

We Make It Easy For You!

  • During our initial interview with you, our licensed Employment Counselor takes personal interest to thoroughly understand your childcare needs with commitment to find the best match for your family. An employment agreement launches our formal search for a Nanny.
  • Upon receipt of your agreement, our gold-standard vetting and matchmaking process begins. We identify candidates for consideration who meet your unique needs and timeframe for employment.
  • We work with you to arrange interviews between you and each candidate and gather feedback from you and the Nanny candidates to help you refine or solidify your decisions.
  • Once you’ve selected the best candidate, we assist you in finalizing your employment agreement with your chosen candidate(s) in terms of weekly pay, duties, and time off.
  • Once your Nanny starts employment with you, a standard placement fee will be required. We accept all major credit cards. This is calculated at the number of hours projected to work per week times their wage times two. Nannies also assume responsibility for a separate placement fee to Traycee Home Care Services to ensure their long-term commitment to your family.

We understand there may be an unforeseen circumstance that requires a new Nanny withing the first 30 days. If this occurs, we will promptly and diligently find a replacement to meet your needs and satisfaction.

Our Team

For nearly fifty years, Traycee Home Care Services has supported families in their parenthood journey. Finding a trusted, reliable, and experienced Nanny to nurture your child(ren) and family is an important responsibility.

Our Nannies come exclusively through personal referrals or repeat customers and are thoroughly vetted. Each applicant is extensively screened and receives an in-depth interview.

Traycee Home Care Nannies

  • Are given an initial telephone screening followed by an in-depth personal interview
  • Must demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience along with long-term, verifiable references, preferably local
  • Must agree to a security police background check and health status verification
  • Must have a current Illinois driver’s license and clean driving record.
