Our household professionals are astute in supporting personal and family interests and servicing large homes and estates. Duties can range from housekeepers and housemen, to chauffeurs, cooks, Chefs, personal assistants, party planners, and Household Managers. We partner with you to identify your needs, expectations, and lifestyle to ensure that your desired household help matches any or all dimensions. Your utmost satisfaction is our top priority.

Household chores, home maintenance, cooking, and driving -
Directs, supervises, and supports all aspects of running a home - including other staff - and dealing with vendors -
Manages correspondence, bills, vendors, answer phones, and other assigned duties

During our initial interview with you, our licensed Employment Counselor takes personal interest to thoroughly understand your household needs with commitment to find the best match for your family. A completed employment agreement launches our formal search for a professional or team of professionals. -
Upon receipt of your agreement, our gold-standard matchmaking and vetting process begins. We identify highly qualified candidates who meet your unique needs and timeframe for employment. -
We work with you to arrange interviews between you and each candidate and gather feedback from you and the candidates to help refine and/or solidify your decision. -
Once you’ve selected the best candidate for your needs, we assist you in finalizing your employment agreement with your chosen candidate in terms of weekly pay, duties, and time off. -
Once your household employee starts, a standard placement fee from our agency will be required. We accept all major credit cards. This is calculated at the number of hours projected to work per week times their wage times two. Each household professional also assumes responsibility for a separate placement fee to Traycee Home Care Services ensure their long-term commitment to your family.
We understand there may be an unforeseen circumstance that requires a new household professional withing the first 30 days. If this occurs, we will promptly and diligently find a replacement to meet your needs and satisfaction.

Are given an initial telephone screening followed by an in-depth personal interview -
Must demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience along with long-term, verifiable references, preferably local -
Must agree to an extensive background check -
Have a current Illinois license and clean driving record
