Our unique Family Tradition Program bring comfort and joy to your loved one through activities that are dear to their heart. Holiday baking, birthday celebrations, poetry readings, traditional meals, and seasonal events such as gardening, and holiday decorating are all part of our way to bring meaning into daily routines. Monthly themes include visits with fresh bread, the creation of memory books, and/or listening to favorite music. Engaging in activities that are meaningful to our clients helps our caregivers make each day count.

Families agree the program provides a wonderful source of memories and helps them stay connected to their loved one as well. Our Family Tradition Program helps remind us of the events in life that keep families connected. This innovative program is our way of raising the bar in home care. It’s not just about tending to personal care needs; it’s about getting to know our clients and building relationships that foster enjoyment.

Traditional activities may include:
